AUTUMN The client was a young, dynamic marketing communications company, which was growing rapidly, but uncertain about the loyalty of its team, and therefore not planning strategically for the future. It was clear that it was necessary to ensure that all 15 staff were actively engaged, participating, and motivated about the future of the group. The Pathfinder helped the team to improve their communication using the DiSC methodology and applied Compression Planning to capture all ideas and develop an agreed framework to move forward, thereby harnessing their ideas into a unified direction. Specific action and communication plans were also developed to ensure implementation after the completion of the workshop. Even the managing director was impressed when after just eight hours, the group walked out with a planning report that was almost 20 pages in length. The group accomplished the best possible result in less than 25 per cent of the expected time.
